The application ArguMap offers a unique tool for enhancing critical thinking and argument mapping skills. Similar to how geographic maps provide direction, argument maps illuminate the complexities of reasoning. Designed for ease of use, ArguMap allows users to visualize their arguments and the relationships within them, showcasing premises, conclusions, objections, counter-objections, and the logical connections among these elements.

ArguMap distinguishes itself from traditional mind-mapping tools through several specialized features:

• Users can easily group claims, illustrating how they collectively support a conclusion, with a simple drag-and-drop interface.
• The application offers connecting arrows that clearly indicate whether claims serve as reasons *for* (represented by a solid green line) or *against* (depicted by a dotted red line) other claims.
• With intuitive gestures, users can group or ungroup claims and connect or disconnect various parts of the map, facilitating experimentation with different lines of reasoning effortlessly.
• ArguMap allows for varying thickness in connecting lines to represent the strength of premises as they relate to conclusions.
• The inclusion of virtual notes enables users to provide feedback on map components. These annotated maps can then be easily shared with creators through email, text, AirDrop, and other sharing methods.
